Continental Kryptotal Rear Enduro Soft MTB Folding Tyre Rear Wheel

Grip to push your limits!
The tyre specialists from Conti have once again proven their expertise: With the Gravity Range, Conti presents a complete line-up for downhill-oriented mountain bikers that is designed to offer the right tyre for all rider types and terrains – from trail junkies to diehard downhill riders, from stony Alpine passes to unforgiving mud fights.

The Kryptotal Rear presents itself as a specialist for mixed terrain and conditions. It feels home on varied natural grounds with root passages and stony sections and copes very well with unsettled weather. The tread pattern was specially developed for the rear wheel to meet the requirements of braking, traction and directional stability. A balanced combination of positive and open tread pattern as well as steep and flat sloping tread blocks promises the necessary balance of grip, running properties and ground adaptation in complex terrain.

The Kryptotal version with Enduro casing and Soft Compound is predestined for Enduro bikes through to powerful trail bikes. The single-ply casing construction with two or three overlapping 110 TPI fabric layers offers high puncture protection at a moderate weight. A ProTection insert for additional cut protection in the sidewalls as well as Apex reinforcements for more stability and punch protection round off the safety package.

The Black Chili Soft Compound clearly focuses on grip, but has a lower rolling resistance than the SuperSoft Compounds of the downhill casings. When climbing, you can thus save the power you need for you next descent. Being tubeless ready, it is up to you whether you ride with or without a tube. Get yourself the powerful all-rounder from Continental's Gravity Range – with the Continental Kryptotal Rear Enduro!
