The SPEEDFRAME HELMET SOLID mountain bike helmet from FOX is a rock-solid MTB helmet with an all-round balanced value for money and essential protective features. The helmet was equipped with the proven MIPS impact protection system, wich, in combination with EPS, ensures ideal impact protection in the event of an accident. The FIT SYSTEM also gives you the option of customising the helmet perfectly to your needs. Last but not least, the bike helmet comes with a holder for your sunglasses and the one-hand adjustable visor is compatible with your goggle or glasses.

MIPS is a slip-plane system integrated into selected helmets. It was developed specifically for situations where rotational motion can occur during an angled impact. In doing so, MIPS adds an extra layer of technology to the helmet's protection concept.

Developed for the reality of the trail and the road:
Falls are rarely straight. Forces often act on the helmet from different directions. MIPS was developed precisely for such impact scenarios. The system takes into account rotational motion that can occur during certain falls, thereby supplementing the helmet's function.

Intelligent principle, unobtrusively integrated:
Inside the helmet is a low-friction layer that can allow for limited relative movement at certain impact angles. The system was developed to take into account rotational forces in selected impact scenarios without compromising the comfort or fit of the helmet.
