SHIMANO SH-RC703 Road Shoes WIDE – Wide Version

Note: This version is approx. 5% wider than the standard RC7 SH-702 road shoes!

Precision tool for the feet: The SH-RC703 road shoes fit seamlessly into the range of SHIMANO's top models. The Road Competition (RC) category speaks for itself and these cycling shoes also stand for highly efficient power transfer, breathability and a performance-orientated fit.

The seamless midsole construction allows the upper shoe to extend to the underside of the foot, ensuring a particularly stable connection to the pedal. The stiff carbon sole of the RC7 WIDE cycling shoes allows your power to flow into the pedals with minimal loss, while the perforated synthetic leather upper provides pleasant ventilation. The double BOA L6 fastener enables ideal fine adjustment even while riding. This shoe therefore fulfils the high performance requirements that make up your road training or race!

Highlights & Technologies:

BOA L6:
A closure system consisting of dials and stainless steel wires that allow for precise adjustments. This combination allows cyclists to even adjust the shoes while riding. As there are no Velcro straps, the front part of the shoe is well-ventilated. The shoes can be closed by pushing and turning the dials in the direction of travel. The laces loosen by pulling the dial.

DYNALAST:
An anatomic shoe last that perfectly adapts to the natural shape of the foot. Thanks to a deep positioning inside the shoe, it allows for a close fit. This makes it perfectly suitable for fast-paced long-distance rides. The optimized shape of the sole with a less high toe section ensures efficient transfer of muscular energy, and thanks to its especially thin structure, it even allows for a high stiffness at a low weight. Thanks to a wider cleat adjustment range, you can position the cleats in an anatomically and biomechanically correct way.
