SQlab 710 short Handlebar Grips for Twist Shifters

Just as good, but with a slightly shorter grip for the right-hand side of the handlebar than the regular 710 grips, leaving enough room for a twist shifter: The 710 short from SQlab offers you ergonomic support and targeted pressure relief exactly where it is most important. They are preferably used on a comfort-orientated mountain bike or sporty hybrid bike.

To achieve this, the ergonomics experts at SQlab designed the inside of the grip to be higher than the outside, thus modelling the natural hand position. The nerves inside the hand can thus be relieved and the less sensitive edge of the hand absorbs more pressure. This is widely distributed thanks to the larger, curved outer edge of the grip, which prevents numbness and pain. At the same time, the relief wing, which is positioned far outwards and pulled low down, frees up space for secure gripping of the grip body in all situations.

SQlab Grip Width
The optimum fit for a bicycle grip is crucial for comfort and grip safety. The grip width is the measurement from the tip of the middle finger to the crook of the thumb. This is exactly what you use to enclose the handle. The grip sizes differ in diameter, length and shape.
